Vintage chinese export sterling silver filigree ring. The filigree was hand done and is very tiny forming a heart on each side of the stone. Stone is a moonstone (not rainbow moonstone) It has bright blue play of color and is a very clean stone, however the surface is scratches. You can see in the side view photos. 

Size 7. Face is 11/16” long. Weight: 5.2 grams. No hallmarks. I did acid test this and it is sterling silver.
