Previously owned rugged brown leather wristlet pouch by Will Leather Goods. Has pockets inside; one with a metal zipper. Pouch has a metal zipper with leather wrist strap pull. It measures 8 1/4” by 7”. Some exterior wear. Very clean inside. From a non-smoking home.  A version of this piece is available on their website for $95 now.
