An interesting Southwestern ring with a very fine and large natural turquoise stone. The ring is actually brass and has a silver plate that is very worn and the gold of the brass shows through. It is stamp decorated on the wide band. The setting has fluted buttons and file decoration. It has lots of grunge and scratches. The dark spot on the back is where someone applied acid to test for sterling. Marked SWS and 8P. 

Size 9.5 Face measures 1 1/2” by 1 1/8”. Band is 1/2” at the back center. Cool looking ring for a costume grade metal piece. Weight: 39.5 grams.
